At Ashley Lou Creates, all items are handmade with care, and for this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not offered.
Please review all product descriptions, photos, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order has been placed. This includes items with custom names, colors, sizing selections, or design choices.
Order Issues & Support
Your happiness is important to me. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. I am always happy to work with you to find a reasonable solution when possible.
