At Ashley Lou Creates, all items are handmade to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships.
Because each item is created by hand, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and seasonal demand. If an extension to the processing time is needed, you will be contacted directly with an update.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are separate from processing time. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Ashley Lou Creates is no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, you are welcome to reach out and I will do my best to help where possible.
