SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with AshleyLou Creates! Every order is carefully handmade, packaged, and shipped from my home studio in Colorado. Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping, and delivery.

Processing Times

Because each item is made to order, processing times vary depending on the product and current order volume.

  • Most orders are completed within 1–2 weeks before shipping.
  • Processing times listed on each product page are estimates and may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customer-Supplied Embroidery Items

For embroidery services on customer-supplied items, production does not begin until I receive your item.

Processing time begins on the day your package is delivered to AshleyLou Creates—not when your order is placed.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers selected at checkout. Available shipping options and delivery estimates may vary depending on your location.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your order and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

AshleyLou Creates is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to update your address before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact me. I'll gladly help you locate your shipment or assist with filing a claim with the carrier when appropriate.

Please note that AshleyLou Creates cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages that have been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

I'll review the situation and work with you to determine the best solution.

International Shipping

At this time, AshleyLou Creates primarily ships within the United States.

If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact me before purchasing to discuss available shipping options.

Custom Embroidery Orders

For customer-supplied embroidery projects:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping their item to AshleyLou Creates.
  • Please send items that are clean, free of pet hair, free of strong odors, and in good condition.
  • Return shipping back to you will be calculated during checkout or discussed before your order is finalized if special arrangements are needed.
