RETURN & EXCHANGE

At AshleyLou Creates, every item is thoughtfully handmade or made to order with care. Because of the custom nature of my products, I kindly ask that you review this policy before placing your order.
My goal is for you to love your purchase, and if something isn't right, I'll do my best to make it right.
Returns
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my products, I do not accept returns unless:
- Your item arrives damaged during shipping.
- You received the wrong item.
- There is an error made by AshleyLou Creates.
If you experience one of these issues, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can work together on a solution.
Exchanges
I do not accept exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color
- Change of mind
- Buyer preference
- Incorrect personalization submitted by the customer
Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, color options, and personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. For this reason, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
If I make a mistake with your personalization or embroidery, I will gladly work with you to correct the issue.
Customer-Supplied Embroidery Items
For embroidery services on customer-supplied items:
- Production begins only after I receive your item.
- Once embroidery has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
- While every item is handled with the utmost care, embroidery is a permanent process and cannot be reversed.
If you have any concerns about your garment before sending it, please contact me before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
For customer-supplied embroidery projects, orders may be canceled before your item is received and production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer available.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or error
Once reviewed, I'll determine the best solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me so I can help investigate with the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. While I cannot guarantee replacement for packages marked as delivered, I'm happy to assist you with locating your shipment or filing a carrier claim when possible.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
