HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Most handmade orders are completed within 1–2 weeks before they are shipped. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

WHEN DOES MY PROCESSING TIME BEGIN?

Processing time begins once your order is placed. For custom embroidery on customer-supplied items, processing begins after I receive your item, not when the order is placed.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?

Depending on my current workload, I may be able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact me before placing your order so I can confirm availability.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

At this time, I primarily ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact me to discuss available shipping options.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method selected.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders are designed, embroidered, and carefully packaged by me in Colorado, USA.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable). I'll work with you to find the best solution.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because each item is handmade or made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or there is an error on my part.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun. After that, cancellations may not be possible since materials and production may have already been started.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. I'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Refunds are only issued if an order is canceled before production begins or if there is an issue that cannot be resolved through a replacement or repair. Refunds are not available for custom or personalized items unless an error was made on my end.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOMIZED OR PERSONAL ITEM?

Unfortunately, no. Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold, so they are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by AshleyLou Creates.

Yes! I offer custom logo embroidery for businesses, organizations, teams, and events. If you have a logo you'd like embroidered, send me a message to discuss your project. A one-time digitizing fee may apply if your logo isn't already embroidery-ready.

ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS HANDMADE?

Yes! Every embroidered item is stitched with care in my Colorado studio. While I use professional embroidery equipment, every order is individually prepared, stitched, inspected, and packaged by me.

DO YOU OFFER BULK OR WHOLESALE ORDERS?
