AshleyLou Creates is a woman-owned small business based in Colorado that specializes in handmade embroidery, custom apparel, personalized gifts, and other handcrafted products.

Products & Services

Every item is handmade or made to order unless otherwise stated. Because of the handcrafted nature of my products, slight variations in thread color, fabric placement, wood grain, or other materials may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Product photos are intended to accurately represent each item, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor and device settings.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.

AshleyLou Creates is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect spelling, dates, names, sizing, colors, or other information provided by the customer.

For logo embroidery, customers confirm they have permission to reproduce and use any artwork, trademarks, or logos they submit.

Customer-Supplied Items

Customers who purchase embroidery services for their own garments agree that:

• The item is clean and suitable for embroidery.
• They understand embroidery is a permanent process and cannot be removed.
• Production begins only after the item has been received.
• AshleyLou Creates reserves the right to decline embroidery on items that are unsuitable or may be damaged during the embroidery process.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

All payments are securely processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. AshleyLou Creates does not store your payment information.

Shipping

Processing times and shipping estimates are provided on each listing and throughout the website.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

AshleyLou Creates is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other events outside of my control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Exchange Policy available on this website.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to those policies.
